We have a 4-year-old

1/5/11…Madi turned four. Four? Really? I mean wasn’t it just a short time ago that I was woken up in the wee hours of the morning to the line, “Ummm, I think it’s time to go.” Not that four years is a long time, but come on. How in the world has time gone by so quick?
Madi is a great kid! She had a great birthday. We do what we can to separate her birthday from Christmas a bit. The last couple years we’ve waited a few weeks before having a kid-party for her. It works out well.
This year the birthday gift most asked for was Barbie stuff or Ariel stuff (Little Mermaid). I think she got plenty of both.
